Q1. Can I have a sample order for
your models?
A: Yes, we
welcome sample order to test and check quality, there would be two sample
options:
1) Sample
of Onwaysports in stock available. (With our logo or without any logo)
2)
Customized sample. (Your logo or other customized needs)
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Samples in stock are available now, customized items need
to take 7-10 days to deliver, mass production of
standard item needs 5-15 days for order quantity 100-300pcs, customized items need 4-5 weeks for MOQ
500pcs.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for
chair or table or others?
A: It depends on items' stock, if your orders are customized,
MOQ should be range within 300-500pcs.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and
how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually
ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT to ship samples.
It usually
takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
If you have
any shipping agent in China, we can send the goods to them with local cost.
Q5. How to proceed an order for your
items?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote
according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer
confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange
the production and shipment.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on
fabric or make the metal plate?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and
confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the
folding chair or table?
A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to Aluminum material
structure, 6 months to fabric, 6 months to hardware fitting and plastic
accessories.
Q8: How to deal with defective
products?
A: Firstly,
Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective
rate will be less than 0.1%.
Secondly, during the warranty period, we will send new with new order for small
quantity.
For
defective products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can
discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
